3 Steps for Buyers
1. Loan Pre-approval: Visiting a lender first will save you time and eliminate unnecessary stress later in the process. Some people find credit surprises that can take time to resolve. You need to know your price range before you start shopping. When you find a home, you will have documented buying power that encourages a seller to work with you. 2. The Search: I will set up a search in the MLS based on your price range and what you want and need in a home. I can show you any home listed my any firm in the area so I will schedule showings and we will tour homes. I will keep you up to date as new homes come on the market. We will continue the search until you find a home you want to make an offer on.
3. Home Details: When you are ready to make an offer to purchase, I will help you find the information you need to make an informed decision about price. I can check for past sales of the home, prices of similar homes that have recently sold, and verify utility and tax information.
