(Numbers in parentheses are average list prices). As of November 30th, 2008, there are 296 homes currently for sale (164,886). They have been on the market for an average of 213 days. 69 are lakefront (278,137). 33 homes are channelfront (157,760), 77 are on ski lakes (261,443) or lakes with access to ski lakes(192,473). 51 on non-ski lakes (152,285) 26 have association or deeded access (94,828). 168 homes have no lake access (130,614).
In November 2008, there were 6 homes sold with an average sold price of 94,968. They spent an average of 59 days on the market, and were listed at an average price of 101,783. There were 24 new homes listed for sale this month at an average list price of 177,575.
