Marketing Your House

The goal of marketing your home is to attract the attention of other agents and buyers. There are many ways to accomplish this. Listed below are the marketing services that I offer my sellers. While some of these options may not be useful for every house, they are available when needed. They are listed in order of importance that extensive research both nationally and in our local market has shown are the methods to find a buyer for your home.

In 2009, even more buyers were looking online. Your home is not just "listed in the MLS". It is actively marketed on websites where buyers are looking and on social media platforms.

  • Signs will be placed in your yard and directionals placed to pull traffic from the main road. (this is the second highest way that buyers found the home they purchased)
  • Open House- as soon as your home is put on the market an open house will be held. While this rarely results in finding a buyer, it does get the word out to neighbors and their friends. If you don't want an open house, just let me know.
