My commitment to you doesn't end at the closing table. My goal is creating lifelong clients who will remember my outstanding service. After the sale, when you want to know about the local housing market, the current market value of your home, what the neighbor's house sold for, or which improvements make sense financially, I'm here. Experience:  In this business the market is always changing, the laws are always changing, and the technology is always changing.  Staying on top of these changes means monitoring the market daily, researching changes in legislation, and taking the time to learn how to use the latest techniques to help your clients achieve their goals.  Some agents take this to heart and put in the time necessary every day to make a full time career out of real estate.  They take classes and earn special designations.  They are always learning.  Real estate is what they do, not something they do.  Some agents rely on what worked in the past, don't care about what is new, may not even have an office, and spend only the few hours a week necessary to complete a handful of transactions a year.  Each will say they have  "10 years of experience".   I would say, you can have  10 years of experience, or you can have 1 year of experience ten times. 

I am a lifelong learner.  I attend seminars, read books, and professional publications.   I am at the office every day. Real estate is my passion and my career.  Being informed is part of my business.  I study the market.  I take the time to learn how to apply the new tools of technology, while continuing to implement time tested strategies that continue to achieve proven results. 

Availability:  Because real estate is my full time career, I have time to give you the attention you deserve.  You will get the personal service you expect. I developed a HOME plan with my promise of customer service that is based on the biggest complaints consumers had about agents they had worked with in the past.  Real estate is a referral business and  I want you to be so happy with my service that you would use me again and recommend me to your family, friends, and coworkers.


I run my real estate practice as a business.  I keep regular hours.  The office is open Monday through Saturday.  When a buyer has interest in your home, their phone calls will be answered right away.  When you have a question, you will be answered right away.  When the office is closed or when I am out of the office meeting with clients,  my messages forward to my cell phone.   I am also available by text message and email.  I offer updated content on my website to demonstrate my knowledge of the local market and to help buyers and sellers understand the process so they can make informed decisions.
